Marathon masterclasses

Is a spring marathon on your calendar for 2024?  Then these masterclasses are for you.  They will support you through each stage of your training plan and on race day itself.

I am an experienced marathon runner and yoga teacher.  In these masterclasses I will share the knowledge I’ve gained over the years as well as specialist expertise from my studies with The Institute of Yoga Sports Science.

These masterclasses are suitable for those with little or no yoga experience.  They are also beneficial to those who have a regular practice but wish to go into more depth about how to apply the various tools that yoga can offer us to strengthen our training.  Yoga is not simply ‘stretching’.

These masterclasses will be engaging and practical.  You will learn techniques that you can practice at home both on and off the mat.

The masterclasses will take place from 1400 - 1530 at The Parish Hall in Cheveley near Newmarket.  The postcode for the hall is CB8 9DG and there is free parking on site.

Each masterclass costs £20.   This is non-refundable and non-transferable.  Payment is required to secure your place.

Whilst these masterclasses are part of a series, it is possible to attend individual sessions as stand alone events.
