Chair Yoga
Using a chair for support is a wonderful way to practice yoga making it accessible to those for whom a general yoga class might not be suitable for whatever reason. These classes are fully seated and offer more than just the benefits of physical movement as we breathe mindfully and also come into stillness. There is the opportunity to stay for a cup of tea and a chat after.
